It all started with Eddie's guitar...
In the late seventies, Keith Holland read an article about the modifications that Eddie Van Halen was performing on his guitars. Keith was inspired to start working on his own instruments, and in 1979, he built his very first "parts guitar". In 1983, Keith truly became part of the revolution when he took a position working for Dan Torres, at Torres Guitars in Saratoga, CA. After thirteen years honing his skills, in 1996 he opened his own shop in Los Gatos, CA.

Keith Holland's Guitar Hospital has evolved from it's humble beginning in a small one room shop, to the more spacious current location. Through the last twenty three years, Keith has established himself as one of Northern California's premeire luthiers. We work very hard to stay on the cutting edge, and we are always open to new ideas to ensure our continued growth as lutihers and technicians. |
