Carvin LB-75 Custom 5-String 1995-1999 - Transparent Deep Purple
For your consideration, we present a custom-built workhorse bass from the company that has more recently evolved into Kiesel.
The LB-75 debuted in the 1996 and first appeared in the Carvin catalog in 1997. This powerhouse stood tall and far above many others in this hey-day of the resurgence of the 5-string bass. A myriad of options could be ordered, as all of these basses of this era were built to the customer's preference. This scarce example bears a quilted maple top with Transparent Deep Purple with matching quilted headstock cap. A Carvin H50N stacked pickup set lies in the heart of this bass, along with Carvin's A500B active electronics.
This bass is in Good-to-Very-Good condition, having seen active stage duty and bearing the war wounds of a gigging bass. There are numerous dents, scratches, and chips on the body. on the headstock, and on a few areas on the reverse of the neck. There is heavy pickwear in the playing area in the expected places. One of the height adjustment screws for the G saddle has been replaced. This bass has been inspected and professionally set-up by our world-class techs.
