Fender MIJ/Warmoth T-Style Partscaster Custom - Butterscotch Blonde Black Guard

You can't always get what you want. But if you try sometimes, you build a Partscaster!
The story on this one: the previous owner purchased all of the Fender Made-In-Japan components to this T-style EXCEPT for the body, which apparently was demolished and unsalvageable. He opted for the most-classic of options for a body replacement, that of a ash Warmoth replacement body finished in Butterscotch Blonde. The Neck, Tuning Machines, Pickguard, Bridge, Control Plate, and Jack were all harvested from a Made In Japan 1986 model T69-75. For pickups he opted for a set from Manlius - a boutique builder from Syracuse, New York - for a sound more akin to that of a P90 but with a heritage Tele look.

Here's some info about the Manlius T-90 set from the Manlius website:
The T-90 Telecaster set combines classic P90 performance in a drop in no mod package for your Tele guitar.  Built with vintage P90 output, double bar magnet setup, and adjustable steel screws, the T-90 is a great blend of P90 and Tele pickups.  Rounder with a more even top end, the T-90 is very versatile for a variety of styles and retains great dynamics when run clean or dirty.  From gritty P90 blues tones to chunky rhythms, the T-90 is a great alternative for your Tele.

Pickups come RWRP standard.  Neck model is available uncovered in black or with an open top satin nickel cover.  Bridge T-90 matches well with a variety of neck Tele models if you prefer a more standard Lipstick style look.

Built by hand in Syracuse NY, the T-90 features classic Manlius design elements, including hand scatter-winding, american sourced magnets, vintage push back wiring, copper clad steel baseplate on the bridge, and light wax potting for consistent performance.
This guitar is in Very Good "Player Grade condition, showing moderate playwear and careful storage. There are some small dents on the body along the back edge, which are only noticeable to the touch and hardly detectable due to the natural woodgrain of the ash body. The Tuning Machines are vintage and function as intended, however the high E button and shaft are bent, the shaft of the G tuning machine is slightly loose, and the whole set should be considered for upgrade for the next serious player. The neck was refretted at Keith Holland Guitars with 21x Jumbo frets. This package includes a hard case. The guitar received a pro setup and inspection and was restrung with a set of Curt Mangan 10-46 strings.
