The Fuzz and Loathing give artists all the classic BC-Series Silicon Fuzz Face tones with tow math-matched and ear tested BC109 transistors. Moreover, we have added an external bias control to allow players to dial the Fuzz texture from farty and sputtery, to creamy, to all out compressed fuzz. Like all Blue Skool pedals, our components are hand picked for the best vintage tone and reliability. Use the three knobs to endlessly tweak this pedal into fuzzy perfection!
Volume- Controls overall output (Note- most traditional fuzzes are lower output, so it is not uncommon to turn the volume almost all the way up to achieve higher than unity volume. This is normal, the pedal is not broken)
Fuzz - Controls the level of fuzz (Note: most crank this all the way up and use their guitar controls to dial the fuzz back)
Bias - dials in the texture of the fuzz (There is a "correct" setting where the pedal functions as intended, but don't be afraid to play with this control to unlock other tones. Just be aware that extreme settings will be quieter or louder, fuzzy and compressed, or mid range and barky. Again, this is not broken, but rather normal for this type of effect.)
