VHT D-Fifty Tube Head & VHT 2x12" Cabinet

The D-Fifty head is VHT’s take on an extremely rare and iconic boutique amplifier. It's handwired on eyelet boards, and has three 12AX7 preamps and two Ruby Tubes 6L6GC output tubes.
The D-Fifty has a single input, a 3-way Bright switch, a Mid Boost switch, a Jazz/Rock voicing switch, and its unique Treble, Middle, and Bass controls, giving players a wide range of tone shaping options — and a distinctive classic boutique tone.
The footswitchable Overdrive section has Drive and Level controls, and the Power Amp section has a Master Volume control and a Presence control.
The D-Fifty comes with a 2-button footswitch to engage the Preamp Boost and Overdrive functions. It also has a rear-panel international line voltage selector to accommodate 100V, 120V, and 230V AC lines.
For players who want the extra dispersion of an upright 212 either on stage or in the studio, the all-new D-Fifty vertical 212 cabinets are a perfect match for the best-selling D-Fifty head.
These solid and great-sounding open-back cabinets are built from lightweight and resonant poplar plywood, covered in black vinyl, and finished with tan wicker grill cloth to match the D-Fifty. Like the VHT D-series horizontal 2x12 speaker cabinets, the new vertical 2x12s have a Mono/Stereo switch with isolated grounds in stereo mode, so you’ll have no worries about ground loops when using two amplifiers in stereo mode.
The 212 Verticals have a top-mounted recessed leather handle and large rubber feet.
They can also be placed on their side for a horizontal configuration, or even pair 2 side-by-side for the ultimate wall of sound. The new vertical 2x12s open-back cabinets are available with our own VHT ChromeBack speakers or as empty cabs so you can pick your own favorites.
This Head and Cabinet package are in Excellent condition, showing signs of light use and careful storage. There is one noticeable scuff on the top corner of the 2x12" cabinet. There is some light wear on the grille cloth on the cabinet where the fabric seems to have stretched. This package includes the original 2-button footswitch, original power cable, one speaker cable, and original manual and warranty card.
